Q: How can I place an order?

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we offer international shipping.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, domestic orders arrive within 5-14 business days, while international orders may take 7-15 business days.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless of how far they go.
Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia, and Western Europe. If your item is out of stock in your nearest location, we’ll send it directly from our production line with the same delivery times as indicated on our shipping page.

Q: Are your goggles compatible with helmets or other headgear?
A: Yes, our night vision and thermal goggles are designed to be compatible with most helmets and headgear. They come with adjustable straps and mounts for a secure fit. We sell basic helmet mounts for casuals and also rhino mounts for more serious users.
Q: Can I record videos or take photos with your night vision goggles?
A: At the moment no, but we are working on developing an external plug and play recording box that attaches onto the side rails of helmets to allow for that. Subscribe to our email newsletter to be notified when it drops!
Q: Are your products waterproof or weather-resistant?
A: At the moment, we do not recommend submerging our goggles in water, however, they are built to sustain rain.
Q: Do you provide a manual or guide with your products?
A: Yes, all our products come with a user manual that provides detailed instructions on setup, use, and maintenance.
Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.
The customer has 14 days after product purchase to request a refund. Products purchased but not shipped yet are subject to a 10% cancellation/restocking fee after 24 hours has lapsed. Products that have already shipped or arrived in the buyers’ hands will be subject to a 30% restocking fee within the 14 days after product receipt. Once the 14 days has elapsed, no refunds will be provided.
It is crucial to understand that we will waive the restocking fee for returns only if the product arrived faulty. All returns for personal reasons will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. In some cases, we will provide you a shipping label depending on your location, but most likely, you will have to ship it back to a provided return address by emailing us.
DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL POLICY
We know most of our products are expensive. That’s why we take all possible steps to ensure the products you receive are complete and in working condition before they leave our facility. All products are personally and meticulously checked to make sure all components are present and everything is working as it should.
However, in the unlikely event the product should arrive Defective on Arrival, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receipt in your hands and we will work with you to provide an exchange of the product, under the following conditions:
The DOA product is returned to us in the same condition that it arrived in your hands, meaning that it is not modified, disassembled, or tampered with in any way.
If the packaging was damaged by the carrier, then it is completely out of our control, but we can provide you a replacement unit free of charge if you provide significant damage (catastrophic damage causing the product to not function) when emailing us. You are responsible for return shipping to us for the damaged unit. The replacement unit will be mailed out as soon as you drop off your return and tracking is updated on our end.
Each incident will likely be unique and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Rest assured, we will take care of you as best as we can.
We reserve the right to allow or deny refunds and the full scope of this policy if we determine that there is a fraudulent claim.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the case that your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving the order for either a full refund or reshipment.
